Every piece is made and finished in our studio on the north coast of Madeira, then sent into the world with care. Here is what to expect.
01 — Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Portugal and Madeira, the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and most of the rest of the world.
02 — Processing time
Most in-stock pieces leave the studio within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order and personalised pieces take 3–7 business days to print, finish and pack.
03 — Delivery windows
Portugal & Madeira: 2–4 business days. European Union: 4–7 business days. United Kingdom, United States, rest of world: 7–14 business days. Exact delivery time depends on your local carrier.
04 — Shipping cost
Flat rate, calculated at checkout based on destination. Free shipping on EU orders over €60.
05 — Duties & taxes
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and local taxes on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
06 — Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.
