We build pieces to be worn for years. If something is not right, we will make it right.
01 — Window
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
02 — Condition
Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
03 — How to start a return
Email the studio with your order number and a short note about what you want to return or exchange. We will reply with instructions within 1–2 business days.
04 — Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
05 — Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Tell us in your return email and we will hold the new piece for you while your return is on the way.
06 — Not eligible
Made-to-order, personalised, and final-sale pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. This is always noted clearly on the product page.
