    Terms of sale.

    These terms apply to purchases from the Madeira Originals shop. Last updated: 25 October 2026.

    Products, prices and payment

    Standard collection designs are printed to order in São Vicente. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The price and final total, including shipping and any charges, are presented before you confirm your order in Shopify checkout. Available payment methods are those shown in checkout. Order and payment confirmation is provided through checkout channels.

    Delivery and pickup

    Total delivery estimates including production: Madeira, 3 working days; mainland Portugal, 5–7 working days; Europe and rest of world, 7–14 working days, as stated on /en/shipping. Free delivery within Madeira. Free studio pickup at Caminho da Furna 7, 9240-206 São Vicente. For other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Contact us if there is a delay; statutory rights for non-performance remain unchanged.

    Withdrawal and returns

    You have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify withdrawal by an unambiguous statement to geral@madeiraoriginals.pt. Return the goods within 14 days after notification. You may inspect the garment as in a shop; you are only responsible for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. Standard designs printed to order are returnable. Pieces personalised with a name, number or design made at your request are excluded under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014. Sale or final-sale labels do not remove statutory rights. We refund the price and standard delivery using the original payment method within 14 days of notification, and may wait for goods or proof of dispatch. You pay direct return costs unless there is a fault or our error. See /en/returns.
