We build pieces to be worn for years. If something is not right, we will make it right.
01 — Window
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
02 — Condition
Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
03 — How to start a return
Email the studio with your order number and a short note about what you want to return or exchange. We will reply with instructions within 1–2 business days.
04 — Refunds
For statutory withdrawal, we refund payments received, including standard delivery costs (not premium-delivery supplements), using the original payment method within 14 days of notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or proof of dispatch. You pay direct return costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
05 — Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Tell us in your return email and we will hold the new piece for you while your return is on the way.
06 — Not eligible
Personalised pieces with a name, number or design made at your request are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014. Standard collection designs, even when printed to order, can be returned within 14 days.
